04Are CRM Pro and Marketing Hub included in my trial or plan?
No. CRM Pro and Marketing Hub are two separate optional add-ons to the base subscription. Neither is automatically included in the base trial, and activating one does not activate the other. Each is requested and approved on its own.
05Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are a flat monthly rate by crew size — Solo covers up to 2 users, Team up to 15, Growth up to 30 and Enterprise up to 150.
06Can InsulatorOS estimate spray foam jobs?
Yes. The foam set calculator converts board feet to set yield, accounts for waste and overspray, and rolls labor + material into an assembly-based estimate. The crew pack list is auto-generated from the same estimate so the truck leaves the yard with the right materials.
07Does InsulatorOS replace QuickBooks?
No — it works alongside QuickBooks. Time-clock entries export cleanly to QuickBooks for payroll. Invoices are issued and collected inside InsulatorOS (cards + ACH); you record the deposits in QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
08What is the founding member rate?
