Before you use InsulatorOS, please read and acknowledge the following. This Acknowledgment supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
InsulatorOS, including its estimating tools, assemblies, pricing defaults, and the IVY AI assistant, provides software and informational outputs only. It does not provide engineering, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or building-code advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all measurements, takeoffs, quantities, prices, tax calculations, and code compliance before relying on them.
Estimates, invoices, schedules, material quantities, and AI-generated content are starting points that depend on the data you enter. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of every estimate, bid, invoice, and document you send to a customer or rely on for a job. Insulate You LLC is not responsible for lost profits, underbids, overbids, material shortages, scheduling errors, or job losses resulting from your use of the platform.
You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, as described in the Terms of Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insulate You LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any estimate, bid, invoice, or work product you create, send, or rely on; (c) work you perform for your own customers; (d) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (e) your breach of the Terms of Service.
As further described in the Terms of Service, the total aggregate liability of Insulate You LLC for any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $100. Insulate You LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI). Insulate You LLC is not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or fees.
Any agreement between you and your own customers is solely between you and them. InsulatorOS is a tool you use to run your business and is not a party to your customer contracts, warranties, or workmanship.
